Works with the Department of Mines Minerals and Energy (DMME) as an Engineering and Technical specialist for the State Demand Response program.  Meet with facilities to promote the DR program, assist in determining electrical loads that will be eligible for curtailment. Mediate between facilities operation, Curtailment service provider and Electric companies to make Demand Response program work.  Keep up with PJM, the independent operator of the grid, regulations and changes, new technologies related to the grid, and new programs available at PJM.  Assist facilities to sustain its commitment to the grid.
