The Southeastern Virginia Chapter assists with this global mission by promoting the national organization’s conferences and shows. On a local level we provide opportunities for energy professionals to gather for continuing energy education training sessions during quarterly chapter meetings. These sessions provide valuable insight into current trends and research. During meetings members also engage in peer to peer networking where knowledge, challenges, practical solutions, success stories, and inspiration are shared. The chapter’s organizational structure also offers opportunities to develop leadership and management skills.
